In the Northwest GE has 5 dedicated C-Arm Only field service technicians, 3 dedicated clinical support staff and 4 dedicated sales professionals. Our average tenure with OEC is over 10 years each.

If there is a service problem, customers call (800) 874-7378 and are quickly routed to a live person, during normal business hours or an on-call tech will return you call, generally within 30 minutes, after hours. We want your business and we know that servicing your 9800, 9900, Elite and Mini c are more important than the initial purchase.

All OEC installed systems have the card of your trainer on the side. If a use issue arises they are a quick, direct line, phone call away.

Only OEC 9800’s, 9900’s and Elite’s are made in the USA. Our parts are warehoused in Salt Lake City with overnight delivery for our technician to pick up at a local airport.
